Thank you for your continued business with Evident Corporation.
We have found a problem with our incubation monitoring systems CM30 and CM20 in which the results of the Colony Count & Size analysis differ from the actual measured values.

The affected products and software are as follows. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you please apply the Service Update and batch files.

＜Affected products and software＞ 

• Incubation Monitoring System CM30 Software Version 2.2.1 or earlier
• OLYMPUS Provi CM20 Software Version 1.2.6 or earlier

＜Details of the problem＞

When executing the "Colony Count & Size Analysis" on the incubation monitoring systems CM30 and CM20, if the project is executed with the Cell Type set to "Colony Forming", the colony size displayed in the "Colony Count & Size Graph" is different from the actual measured value in the monitoring results.

<Improvement methods>

These problems can be resolved by applying Service Update (CM30 Software Version 2.2.2, CM20 Software Version 1.2.7). However, since the Service Update is not automatically applied to data that has already been analyzed in past projects, it is necessary to re-analyze past projects using the batch file that will be separately prepared for you.
