Expand your number of reflected non-descanned detectors to have a four-channel FVMPE-RS system. The additional reflected two-channel non-descanned detector unit integrates seamlessly into the system. All NDDs are equidistant from the specimen, allowing bright, high-sensitivity, multiphoton microscopy. Olympus' own high-performance filters are used for wavelength separation. These can be replaced with other filters depending on the fluorescence characteristics of the specimen.
