A culture of African green monkey kidney fibroblasts was immunofluorescently labeled with primary anti-tubulin mouse monoclonal antibodies followed by goat anti-mouse Fab fragments conjugated to Rhodamine Red-X. In addition, the specimen was stained with DAPI (targeting DNA in the nucleus).
