A healthy culture of pig kidney epithelial cells (LLC-PK1) was fixed, permeabilized, and treated with mouse anti-alpha-tubulin primary antibodies followed by a cocktail of goat anti-mouse Fab fragments conjugated to fluorescein and Alexa Fluor 568 conjugated to phalloidin. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI.
