Base FV3000 packages include the following options:
- Inverted and upright frame options designed to suit specific applications including cell culture, live and fixed tissue imaging, or electrophysiology
- Your choice of scan unit: a traditional galvanometer scanner or a hybrid galvanometer/resonant scanner for capturing 30 frames/sec at a full field of view
- 2-channel TruSpectral™ detectors (multi-alkali PMT) for excellent multicolor fluorescence imaging
- 4 laser lines (405/488/561/640 nm)
Expand your microscopy capabilities to meet your growing application needs by adding:
- Additional multi-alkali, GaAsP, or GaAs PMT detectors for a total of 6 channels
- More laser lines—up to 8 diode lasers in total
- Application-specific objective options, including Olympus’ high-performance X Line™ objectives
