Embryonic Rat Thoracic Aorta Medial Layer Myoblast Cells (A-10 Line) — Embryonic Rat Thoracic Aorta Medial Layer Myoblast Cells (A-10 Line)
Using a popular fluorophore combination, a log phase monolayer culture of A-10 cells was treated with MitoTracker Red CMXRos for one hour, washed and fixed in growth medium containing paraformaldehyde, permeabilized, and blocked with bovine serum albumen. The culture was subsequently stained with Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated to phalloidin and counterstained with Hoechst 33258.
