Introducing the scanR High-Content Screening Station with Deep Learning

Free Webinar: Introducing the scanR High-Content Screening Station

scanR system imaging

From fully automated high-content screening (HCS) to research and assay development, our AI-driven scanR system makes it easier to image, analyze, and investigate samples and large data sets.

This webinar will introduce the scanR system and explore its powerful features, including:

  • Comprehensive HCS software: the system can robustly acquire nearly any sample data type and size, as well as enable intuitive exploration and identification of populations through configurable scatter plots.
  • Self-learning microscopy: deep-learning technology minimizes the need for human-annotated data while giving you full control of the training experiment design. Transparent scatter plot visualization and straightforward data navigation enable reliable object analysis.
