Multi Channel Lambda ScanningThe new TruSpectral Detection system features two independent spectral detection channels, each configured with a diffraction grating and variable slit for high-resolution wavelength separation and high-speed bandwidth selection. A linear resolution of 2 nm throughout the visible spectrum (400 - 800 nm) enables accurate spectral unmixing of overlapping fluorescence emissions. Two different spectral deconvolution algorithms - normal and blind deconvolution - quickly and efficiently separate different but overlapping fluorochromes within the specimen. |
Variable Barrier Filter (VBF)With the TruSpectral Detection system, the ideal wavelength spectrum is automatically selected once a fluorochrome combination has been selected using the software. Users can manually adjust the wavelength range according to the fluorescence emission wavelength peaks. |
